3. Services Policy
We offer guided heritage tours, workshop events, and festival experiences in alpine locations. Reservations require advance booking. You may request to reschedule a service at least 14 days before its scheduled date. If rescheduling is not possible due to venue constraints or time sensitivity, the service is non-refundable, as it guarantees exclusive access to heritage sites and cultural hosts.
4. Information Products
Digital guides, e-books, and multimedia presentations on alpine traditions. Purchases of digital content are final once downloaded. If technical issues prevent access, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement link.
5. Physical Goods
Alpine crafts, souvenirs, and prints. You may return unopened items within 30 days of receipt. Returned items must be in original condition. We will inspect returns before issuing a refund.
6. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
6.1 Services
Service bookings may be canceled or rescheduled up to 14 days before the start date. Refunds for canceled services are processed through the original payment method within 14 calendar days. If rescheduling is requested, we will apply the full amount paid toward a new date. For heritage tours with limited capacity that are confirmed less than 14 days prior, cancellations are non-refundable due to confirmed site and host engagements.
6.2 Information Products
If you experience technical issues accessing digital guides within 7 days of purchase, contact us via our contact form. We will issue a new download link. All digital items are otherwise non-refundable, as delivery is immediate.
6.3 Physical Goods
Unopened goods may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Once we confirm the condition, we process the refund through the original payment method within 14 calendar days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service, product, or information item. We are not liable for incidental or special losses arising from participation.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Zurich courts.
